This beautiful house accommodation is fully self-contained and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay - suitable for family holidays or groups of friends.

Rates start from $110.00 per night for two people, Extra Person is $35.00. Weekly rates start from $450.00 and include breakfast.

Breakfast provisions can be provided for guests to prepare at their leisure. Or Just Relax and let Lonnie cook up a storm with a big hearty Breakfast includes cereal, fruit juice, Local Sausages, bacon and eggs or fresh fruit depending on your preference. Tea and coffee are provided for the duration of your stay. Depending on your needs we can tailor a package to accommodate you and your budget. Dinner or Lunch is available on Request.

We are happy to cater for special dietary needs. Please let us know when you make your booking.

Suite 1 - Suite one is a one bedroom with  a fully equipped Kitchen situated in a wonderful sun-room, the suite is set up with Queen Size bed, includes open-plan living and dining area,  bathroom comprises of very generous  shower and separate bath and toilet with washing machine and drying facilities.   [more pictures]

Suite 2 - This is a two bedroom suite comprising of Number One bedroom has a queen-size bed  in which looks out on to the Rose Garden and while the second bedroom is  set up as Double room provides another option. Equipped kitchen- Microwave, fridge, toaster, coffee and tea making facilities and bathroom separate but shared for the rooms in the suite. All linen is provided, as is full laundry with washing machine and dryer - an absolute essential if you're travelling for business, planning an extended stay or just a stopover on a longer journey. Maids Quarters - Double cottage self contained accommodation is also available Equipped kitchen- Microwave, fridge, toaster, coffee and tea making  facilities and ensuite  off Bedroom.  The cottage is separate from the House with its own court Yard. [more pictures]

Check In Time: 12.00 noon. Please advise us of your arrival time so we may be able to greet you

Check Out Time: 11.00 am. If you require a later check out time, please talk to Lonnie or Jackie

  Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of your deposit, If staying 2 nights or more a 25%

     deposit is required, unless otherwise approved. This deposit is not normally refundable. Will except

     Purchase Order or Authority.

  Final payment can be made at any time, or when you arrive.

  You can pay by Credit Card, Cheque, Cash or Direct Funds Transfer. Please contact us

  Refund minus deposit is only available if your cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to booking.

  No smoking inside the suites.
